Werewolf

"Loup-Garou de la Hess"

"LG de la Hess" was initially a project I had in 9th grade, that I pursued in my 2nd year of college.
Along with some artists and an helping hand for CSS/JS, I redesigned every role of the famous Werewolf games,
and also created a web application allowing to play remotely, with player interfaces and a narrator interface.
There are many functions:

  • Choice: The narrator decides which roles will be used and by whom. The roles can be given randomly./li>
  • Balance: Each role has a "weight", so the narrator can balance the roles to avoid unfairness.
  • Player: Each player will have their own page with their role and its description.
  • Narrator: The narrator will have their own interface with every information needed: who has which role, a role swapper, the correct call order...

The web app was initially just a college project. There should only have been the cards' redesigns.
Now, we have over 15 cards done and the project is collaborative.
Some games were played with this app and no issue was found. The app is still maintained and up to date.

The redesign is based on a tarot card set, with each werewolf role associated to a major arcana.
Each character is from an universe I created.
